Gitano® is dedicated to developing innovative and ergonomic guitar supports that help guitarists improve their posture. By promoting a natural sitting position, we prevent tension in the neck, back, and shoulders to optimize the playing experience.

The story of developing our Gitano® guitar support began with a simple but widespread problem: many guitarists struggle with unnatural and long-term harmful body posture when playing. The classical footstool raises one leg significantly, causing the pelvis to tilt and the back and shoulders to shift into an uneven position. This is exactly where we wanted to intervene.

Beyond functionality and quality, we place great value on sustainability and responsibility. As an Austrian company, we are proud that our Gitano® guitar support is manufactured by GWS Bruck – Protected Workshops with integrative operations. This allows us to actively support social integration while creating a high-quality product "Made in Austria".

We also take a conscious approach to packaging: instead of plastic, the guitar support is delivered in environmentally friendly cardboard. The materials used for the support itself are robust and durable.

The Gitano® guitar support is thus more than just an alternative to a footstool. It is the result of our conviction that ergonomic playing, high-quality craftsmanship, and social responsibility can go hand in hand.
